Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign the renewal of Revenue Agreement No. 170943B with the California Department of Food & Agriculture (CDFA) for a maximum of $2,791 for the term July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 for the reimbursement of performing inspections at Certified Farmer's Markets.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of the requested action will renew the County's agreement with CDFA for reimbursement of performing production site inspections and vendor inspections at Certified Farmer's Markets throughout the County.
