County Executive Officer requests approval of the following actions regarding the 2021-2022 Grand Jury Final Reports:
1. Accept and file the 2021-2022 Grand Jury Final Reports: "Homelessness: Much is Being Done-More is Required"; "Adult Probation Department Final Report"; "Napa County Juvenile Hall: Good Facility, Dysfunctional Governance, Unused Beds, Outdated Program"; "The Napa County Airport Under the Radar: The Saga to Bring Napa's Airport Into the 21st Century"; and
2. Direct staff to prepare responses to the Grand Jury Report as prescribed by Section 933 of the Penal Code.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The County has received the following reports from the Grand Jury: "Homelessness: Much is Being Done-More is Required"; "Adult Probation Department Final Report"; "Napa County Juvenile Hall: Good Facility, Dysfunctional Governance, Unused Beds, Outdated Program"; "The Napa County Airport Under the Radar: The Saga to Bring Napa's Airport Into the 21st Century."
Staff will recommend responses to the Board within the mandated 90-day time period. Copies of the reports are on file with the Clerk of the Board or may be accessible online through the Napa County Superior Court's website.
