EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Project consists of applying pavement seal coats to all or portions of the following County roads: Deer Park Road, Oak Knoll Avenue, Buhman Avenue, Old Sonoma Road, and Big Ranch Road. Seal coats are cost effective and help maintain roadways.

This bid package will consist of a base bid and bid alternates for additional roads, road segments and treatment types that may or may not be awarded. The cost and benefit of each alternate will be evaluated and a recommendation made to the board for which items to award after bid opening.

Where is it budgeted?
Measure T funds have not been allocated for this project yet. When the Director requests the Board of Supervisors to award the construction contract, the Director will also request budget transfers into Project 22022 for Deer Park Road, Project 22023 for Oak Knoll Avenue, Project 22024 for Buhman Avenue, Project 22025 for Old Sonoma Road, and Project 22038 for Big Ranch Road.
