EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of today's requested action is to approve an amendment to increase the contract maximum in order to make use of an augmentation to the Community Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP) allocation.
Approval of today's requested action will:
1. Increase the amount by $2,474 for a new contract maximum of $196,597, and each automatic renewal thereof;
2. Modify Specific Term and Condition 3.1(l) to change the amount of Federal Funding under this Agreement because the contractor is a subrecipient or pass-through entity;
3. Replace Exhibit B-1 (Compensation) with Exhibit B-2 to incorporate a new budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 and each automatic renewal thereof.
