Director of Health and Human Services requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 190342B with ImageTrend, Inc., adding new services to include the FirstWatch module and additional Licensing Workflows for the Licensing Management System (LMS). Additionally, the term of the contract is modified to July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025, while also increasing the amount by $70,975 for a new maximum of $186,027, over a three-year term.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of today's requested action is to approve an amendment to add a new service, FirstWatch, which enables oversight over American Medical Response ambulance services. Additional Licensing Workflows are being added to the existing License Management System (LMS) to allow for ambulance permitting, automatic renewal of ambulance permitting and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Event Reporting Workflow to increase efficiency in the current system. Additionally, the term of the original contract is modified to extend the term from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025, while also increasing the total contract maximum by $70,975 for a new maximum of $186,027, over a three-year term. This increase includes the upfront costs to add FirstWatch and the additional Licensing Workflows.
