Director of Public Works requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 210089B with American Sanitation, Inc. to increase the annual contract maximum by $5,000 for a new annual maximum of $10,500, to provide portable toilets and cleaning service at the Calistoga Fairgrounds and other County owned and operated properties.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On September 1, 2020, the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement No. 210089B with American Sanitation, Inc. to provide portable toilets and cleaning service to the Napa County Training Grounds, volunteer fire stations, and for the County Chipping Program.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will increase the annual contract maximum by $5,000 for a new annual contract maximum of $10,500 to cover needed routine portable toilets and cleaning service at the Calistoga Fairgrounds for weekly Covid testing events and non-routine on-call/emergency portable toilets and cleaning service throughout County owned and operated properties.
