EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 24, 2020 the Board of Supervisors awarded a not to exceed professional services agreement (PSA) to Shaw Kawasaki Architects for $215,966 for the specialized design, bidding, and construction support services (architectural, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical) for the Carneros Fire Station project. Today's requested action will increases the compensation of the PSA by $16,557 to account for additional design services related to a modification in the project scope along with additional construction assistance services related to potential extended construction time for project related to material and equipment availability.
