EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The California Children's Services (CCS) and the Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) programs are administered by the Children's Medical Services (CMS) Branch of the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). CMS requires counties to submit certifications signed by the local governing body chairperson for each program.
Staff received these certification documents from the State in October 2021.
