EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 9, 2020, the Board of Supervisors approved a professional service agreement (Agreement) with Mead and Hunt, Inc. to provide construction management services for the Taxiway H, Section 1 Reconstruction Project, PW20-20. Construction management services provided by Mead and Hunt are extending past the original Agreement expiration date and therefore the agreement needs to be extended to complete project closeout work.

The extension is required to allow Mead and Hunt to complete their work closing out the project and assisting with meeting requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration grant.

Consequences if not approved:
If the agreement is not extended, then the closeout work cannot be finished which could affect the Airport receiving the remaining grant funding from the Federal Aviation Administration
