EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The County has been awarded an $800,000 grant from California State Water Resources Control Board to fund implementation of Group D, Phase II of the Napa River Restoration Oakville to Oak Knoll (OVOK) project as well as environmental monitoring along the Napa River. This agreement will allow Napa County Resource Conservation District to provide the monitoring services described in the grant agreement scope of work.

None. The agreement with RCD will not continue past the term of the grant agreement providing the funding.

Napa County would need to contract with another entity to perform the monitoring services.
