EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
REACH Air Medical Services (REACH) currently resides at the Napa County Airport to provide emergency air ambulance services within Napa County when requested by a designated dispatch center. REACH transported a total of 30 patients in 2020 from the pre-hospital setting, accounting for 100% of air ambulance transports occurring in the 9-1-1 system in Napa County.
Today's requested action will approve the renewal of a Revenue Agreement with REACH, for a maximum of $22,500 for the term July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024. This fee covers the EMS Aircraft Classification fee of $7,500 per year.

This Agreement terminates on June 30, 2024. Appropriations have been included in the approved Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget and future fiscal years will be budgeted accordingly.
