Director of Health and Human Services requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Agreement No. 210083B Acceptance of a Real-time Allotment Award from the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch for an additional $8,276 for a new maximum of $16,513 for the term July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 to fund tuberculosis prevention and control activities.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On August 18, 2020, your Board approved an Initial Real Time Allocation from the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch ("CDPH-TBCB") in the amount of $8,237 for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.
Approval of today's action will authorize the acceptance of a final allotment from CDPH-TBCB in the amount of $8,276 for a new maximum of $16,513 for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. This increased allotment is based upon the number of tuberculosis cases reported between November 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
