Interim County Executive Officer requests the reappointment of Jose (Manuel) Iniguez representing Probation, Chase Haag representing Law Enforcement, and Catalina Chavez Tapia representing Interested Citizen on the Napa County Advisory Board on Alcohol and Drug Programs (ABAD) with terms of office to commence immediately and expire on January 1, 2026.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
There are currently four vacancies on the Napa County Advisory Board on Alcohol and Drug Programs (ABAD) due to expiring terms. The County Executive Office advertised the vacancies and received three reappointment requests from Jose (Manuel) Iniguez, Chase Haag, Maria Biddenback, and Catalina Chavez Tapia.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The purpose of the Advisory Board on Alcohol and Drug Programs (ABAD) is:
1. To participate in the planning process for the development and maintenance of the County alcohol and drug programs;
2. To review and evaluate the County alcohol and drug program budgets;
3. To advise the County Alcohol and Drug Program Administrator and provide a public forum on the policies and goals of alcohol and drug programs and on other related matters which may be referred to or raised by the Advisory Board;
