EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The County has contracted with On the Move, Inc. to operate Health and Human Services Agency's Adult Recovery and Resource Center (ARRC) at its Napa County facility at 3281 Solano Avenue in the City of Napa. The ARRC offers services such as Life Skills Training including Coping Skills, Independent Living Skills, Money Management, Nutrition, Employment and Vocational Training leading to self-reliance and independence. The ARRC also provides referral, access and collaboration with appropriate behavioral health service providers, health services, counseling, and a Wellness and Recovery Support Group.

This Agreement is included in the approved FY21/22 budget. This renewal extends the agreement through June 30, 2023. Appropriations will be included in future fiscal years appropriately.
