EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 4, 2022, Sheriff's Office applied for $80,744 in grant funding from the State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation, Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division to offset the cost of law enforcement patrols by Sheriff's Office Off-Highway Vehicle Team in isolated areas of the county during the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.

Approval of today's actions will adopt a resolution to receive the grant award and authorize Sheriff or designee to sign the project agreement and related documents. The project is to provide Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) related law enforcement activities within the jurisdiction of the Napa County Sheriff's Office.
