BACKGROUND
Yountville Cross Road and Finnell Road will be rehabilitated as follows:

Yountville Cross Road milling, digouts, & overlay (1.6 miles): The work will occur on Yountville Cross Road, from Silverado Trail to the Yountville town limit. The design consists of a 2.25-inch leveling course and 2.75-inch asphalt overlay, beginning at the intersection of Silverado Trail and extending to the limit of the Town of Yountville. Road preparations shall include 2.25 inches of milling outside floodways, and 6 inches of milling within floodways, where floodway areas shall add an additional inch of thickness of new asphalt. In addition to the milling, digouts shall occur locally, where required, with asphalt plugs where rutting and cracking failures cannot be prepared by milling. The Town of Yountville is also planning to rehabilitate the portion of this roadway within the town limits.

Finnell Road milling, digouts, crack sealing, & overlay (0.8 miles): The work will occur on Finnell Road, from Yountville Cross Road to the Town of Yountville limit. The design consists of milling roughly 2 inches of depth on the roadway, placing paving fabric, then overlaying the roadway with 2.25-inches of hot mix asphalt, beginning at the intersection of Yountville Cross Road and extending to the Yountville to...
