BACKGROUND
A Budget Amendment is necessary to purchase two capital assets for replacement of radiant heat system boilers using Available Fund Balance. Restoring heat to the River Ranch Center dorm units is a critical important health and safety need.
Requested Actions:
1. Approve a Budget Amendment to:
a. Increase appropriation by $55,410 in NCHA - Administration (5060-5060000) Intrafund Transfer-Out (57900) using available fund balance.
b. Increase revenue in NCHA - River Ranch Center (5060-5060502) Intrafund Transfer-In (49900) in the amount of $55,410.
c. Increase appropriation by $55,410 in NCHA - River Ranch (5060-5060502) Equipment (55400).
2. Approve the Purchase of two capital assets for replacement of radiant heat system boilers.
