CEQA STATUS: Consideration and possible adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration. According to the Mitigated Negative Declaration, the proposed project would not have any potentially significant environmental impacts with incorporated Mitigation Measures. Mitigation Measures are proposed for the following areas: Biological Resources.
