Request: Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Consistency Determination for Napa County’s proposed Micro-Winery Ordinance, which would establish regulations and approval processes for the establishment and operation of micro-wineries throughout various County zoning districts. The proposed ordinance is subject to Airport Land Use Commission review because it will enable the establishment and operation of micro-winery operations in unincorporated Napa County including within the Airport Influence Areas of Napa County Airport and Angwin Airport, Parrett Field.
Staff Recommendation: That the Commission find the project #P22-00011 (Micro-Winery Ordinance) consistent with the Napa County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan.
