BACKGROUND
Supervisor Cottrell will utilize this time to attend meetings with the congressional offices of federal representatives for Napa County and executive agency officials relevant to the County's existing and planned operations and outreach. Specifically, meetings will relate to the County's request for federal funding for the Yountville to St. Helena segment of the Vine Trail; FEMA's award of Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) funding and ongoing efforts related to wildfire resilience; California's insurance market; and new efforts by the Environmental Protection Agency related to environmental sustainability in agriculture.
