BACKGROUND
The bargaining teams previously entered into a Total Tentative Agreement (TTA) which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on January 10, 2023. The Board was advised that staff would incorporate the terms of the TTA into a new MOU conforming to the negotiated terms. The terms of the TTA have been incorporated into the NCPPA MOUs. Today's requested action will approve the language of the MOUs between the County and the NCPPA units for the Probation Unit for the term July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026.

Today's action does not have a fiscal impact. The fiscal impact of negotiations was reviewed and approved by the Board at the time the TTA was presented on January 10, 2023. The Resolution and Exhibits presented for approval reflect the agreement negotiated by the NCPPA negotiations team.
