That the Zoning Administrator:

1. Find that the project is Ministerially Exempt from the CEQA; and

2. Approve Temporary Event Category 4 License P24-00021.

Discussion: On January 30, 2024, FF Entertainment LLC, applied for a permit for a Category 4 Temporary event to be held at Raymond Vineyards on April 24, 2024, for a maximum of 450 people with amplified music from 11:00am-2:00pm. This event will be open to the public and limited by the number of tickets sold.
