BACKGROUND
Evident Change designed SafeMeasures, a reporting system for Child Welfare Services (CWS) programs. SafeMeasures is a web-based service with a full-service analytic team, that links CWS case management data, technology infrastructure and staff with outcome measures in an easy-to-use, everyday tool.
SafeMeasures provides CWS social workers with the ability to use web-based dashboards, maps, reports, and ticklers to manage and support their caseloads. It gives CWS staff the ability to access online graphs and reports that outline related events and activities involved in their caseloads and provides specifics for each case that can be customized to best fit the needs of the agency and its clients, available through one website.
Several counties in California utilize SafeMeasures to assist their CWS staff managing and analyzing the complex data entry required by the statewide Child Welfare Services Case Management System (CWS/CMS) and improve business processes that support federal outcome measures.
The prior agreement was for a two year term, this amendment extends the term by five years. This agreement is shared between CWS and Probation.
