BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The District wishes to amend its regular meeting dates and times to ensure efficiency for government operations, participation of the public, and to simplify the meeting calendars of governing bodies.
The amendment in Section II of the Bylaws specifies that regular meetings of the Board shall be held once a month and that the Board shall adopt a calendar of meetings on or before its last meeting each calendar year to conform, in part, to the calendar of regular meetings adopted for the next year by the Napa County Board of Supervisors.
