2. Agreement No. 240077B with Innovative Health Solutions, for FFY's 2024-2026 for a contract maximum of $461,400 to continue providing NEOP activities to the community.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's requested action allows HHSA's Public Health (PH) division to continue planning, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive public health nutrition program. The goal of this program includes promoting the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines, increasing fruit and vegetable consumption, offering nutritional education, and obesity prevention activities to the community. PH, along with subcontractor Innovative Health Solutions, will provide leadership and coordination to garner community engagement to implement nutritional education as well as convene community stakeholders to continue implementing the Community Nutrition Action Plan (CNAP) via Live Healthy Napa County (LHNC) and Napa Healthy Bodies Coalition. The Federal Fiscal Years described cover October 2023 through September 2026.
