EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of the requested action will enable the County, through its Health and Human Services Agency's Mental Health Division, to co-locate a Napa County employed Mental Health Counselor-Registered/Licensed for eight hours a week at OLE Health, 300 Hartle Ct, Napa, CA 94559 for the purpose of improving access to mental health services.

While approval of this Agreement is not mandatory it will allow Napa County Mental Health and OLE Health to work together toward the mutual goal of providing co-located access to mental health assessments in an integrated model.

Future fiscal impact:
This Agreement ends on December 31, 2023. Appropriations have been included in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget and future fiscal years will be budgeted accordingly.

This Agreement will improve access to mental health services for the community.
