EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pacific Gas & Electric representatives will provide an update regarding gas transmission testing and rebuild that includes areas of transmission pipeline that run through multiple jurisdictions: County of Napa, City of Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, and just south of Calistoga. Some of the work areas will have very noticeable equipment (e.g., temporary enclosed combustible devices sample image below). 

Topics we plan to cover:

                     Purpose of the work.
                     Locations, dates, and times of work.
                     What Napa residents and visitors may see.
                     Communications plan (media, customer, businesses, community organizations).
                     Work done to ensure ALL Napa County area first responders are aware of the work, safety measures, and immediate communications should the need arise.
