Director of Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 2 to Revenue Agreement No. 180182B with Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), modifying the scope of work to update new regulations under California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM).

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's action allows for the continuation of this multi-year revenue agreement, the term of which is July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023, while updating the scope of work (Exhibit A) to align with new regulations under CalAIM. No changes have been made to the contract maximum.
