EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The County and Union bargaining representatives entered into a Total Tentative Agreement (TTA) for a new collective bargaining agreement effective July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2026. The Union informed the County that the TTA was ratified by the Napa County Probation Professionals Association (NCPPA) membership and is presented for approval by the Board of Supervisors. The complete collective bargaining agreement will be presented to the Board of Supervisors in the near future. The TTA represents a significant step in maintaining outstanding safety services to County residents, while controlling long-term costs.
