SUBJECT: Reporting of donations received by the Napa County Library, October 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, and acceptance of a donation
RECOMMENDATION

Director of Library Services and Community Outreach requests the following:
1. Board to accept and instruct the Clerk of the Board to file the quarterly report of donations in the amount of $2,000 or less gifted to Library from October 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022;
2. Authorization to accept a donation in the amount of $25,000 from the Winiarski Family Foundation; and
3. Chair to sign a letter of appreciation in acceptance of the donation.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Director of Library Services and Community Outreach is reporting the Library received $4,408.46 in multiple donations, during the second quarter of fiscal year 2022-2023. Director of Library Services and Community Outreach seeks the Board's approval to accept a donation in the amount of $25,000 from the Winiarski Family Foundation. Today's action will allow for the orderly acceptance of the donation.
