The Board of Supervisors, as part of the fiscal year 2021/2022 budget approval process, authorized the purchase of two new SUV's and two new pickup trucks listed on the Fixed Asset Schedule as replacements to aging the County Fire fleet. A fourth vendor Campway has gone through the competitive bid process and County Fire intends to use them to equip the pickups with campers. Approval will also establish these items as fixed assets in the amount of $77,500.
