Director of Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Agreement No. 230240B with TBH Management, LLC. dba Traditions Behavioral Health, for a maximum of $2,571,840, for a term of December 8, 2022, through June 30, 2026, for the provision of medication clinic services.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's action will allow for TBH Management, LLC. dba Traditions Behavioral Health to provide HHSA-Mental Health a medical director and psychiatrists to provide clinical medication services.
TBH Management, LLC. dba Traditions Behavioral Health is not a local provider.

This agreement contains a provision for automatic renewal. Appropriations will be requested at mid-year review for the current fiscal year and future fiscal years will be budgeted accordingly.

HHSA-Mental Health Division will not have consistent and reliable psychiatry services or a psychiatric medical director, which would severely impact patient care.
