EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's requested action will allow a FY2021-2022 Budget Transfer (BT) increasing appropriations by $4,184 in the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement Fund (Fund 1000, Org 1055000), offset by use of its available fund balance. The BT will allow the Auditor-Controller's Officer to process a past due MSA Grant agreement invoice from Ole Health, under Agreement No. 210031B.
