EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 7, 2022, the Board adopted Resolution No. 2022-74 which included Exhibit "A." Exhibit "A" incorrectly listed the salary range for the Senior Airport Operations Worker. If approved, this request will rescind and replace the prior Resolution to remedy the salary that was entered incorrectly.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On June 7, 2022, the Board adopted Resolution No. 2022-74 which included Exhibit "A." This exhibit incorrectly listed the salary range for the Senior Airport Operations Worker due to an administrative oversight. The Senior Airport Operations Worker classification was due an equity increase along with the other classifications in the Airport Operations Worker series. The equity increase for this classification was included in the calculation of the future fiscal impact for the equity increases that were approved on June 7, 2022, so there is no additional fiscal impact.
