Sheriff requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 200006B with Mark A. Clementi, Ph.D., extending the term through June 30, 2025 with an automatic renewal of two additional one-year terms and no net change to the maximum amount of $50,000 per fiscal year, for mandated pre-employment psychological and arming evaluation, return to duty/fitness psychological evaluations, and critical stress debriefing services.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mark A. Clementi, Ph.D. provides pre-employment psychological screening examinations for candidates considered for sworn positions in the Sheriff's Office, fitness for duty evaluations and critical stress debriefings. Approval of the recommended amendment extends the agreement to June 30, 2025 with an automatic renewal provision for two additional one-year terms and amends compensation with no net change to the maximum amount of $50,000 per fiscal year.
