Approval of this action will increase the contract maximum amount by $200,000 for a new maximum of $2,000,000 commencing in Fiscal Year 2021-2022, and each subsequent automatic renewal. Since the number of clients placed at Davis Guest Home varies from year to year and the demand is unknown in advance, a sufficient contract maximum is necessary in order to provide timely placement of clients in need.
