Director of Health and Human Services requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Agreement No. 220326B for the Acceptance of a Real-time Allotment Award from the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch for a new maximum of $34,894 for the term July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 to fund tuberculosis prevention and control activities.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch (CDPH TBCB) has awarded Napa County Public Health Department an additional allotment of $2,394 to add to the initial allotment of $32,500 that was processed earlier this year for a new maximum of $34,894.
