BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION

The Clerk of the Board uses a suite of Granicus software programs to manage board meeting operations. The County implemented Legistar in 2021 for integrated agenda preparation and is prepared to implement the VoteCast module this month. This digital solution will capture votes and autofill the meeting minutes, thereby allowing staff to review and perform other tasks.

During the demonstration, Supervisors will cast sample votes at the Chair’s prompt to replicate the process once operable.
