Registrar of Voters requests adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Chair to sign an agreement with the California Secretary of State for $30,000 for the reimbursement of Voters Choice Act voter outreach and education costs.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Napa County adopted the Voter’s Choice Act in 2018 and is eligible for reimbursement of $30,000 of costs associated with voter outreach and education for the June 7, 2022 Gubernatorial Primary and November 8, 2022 Gubernatorial General Election. The Board must adopt a resolution authorizing the Chair to sign the contract.
