EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On January 05, 2021, the Board approved Agreement 210249B (FC) with the Gasser Foundation and Burbank Housing Development Corporation. This agreement funds NCFCWCD to remove Zerba Bridge, an unused vehicular bridge over Salvador Creek. Due to circumstances outside either party's control, the removal was not allowed to move forward during the 2021 construction season. This amendment extends the period of performance to cover construction during 2022 and also increases the maximum compensation due to the higher cost construction environment.

Where is it budgeted?
Burbank would fund the cost of bridge removal estimated at $125,000. The District will obtain competitive bids for the work and Burbank will reimburse the actual costs incurred. Costs for ongoing maintenance of the streambank restoration beyond the establishment period would be funded through the District's Watershed Management Program (Fund 8000 Organization 8000500).
