EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Aldea, Inc. (contractor) is an established organization, certified by the State of California, Department of Health Care Services as a Drug Medi-Cal provider, which provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment to youth clients in Napa County. The purpose of today's requested action is to amend the Agreement to:
1) Decrease the contract maximum by $291,012 for a new maximum of $274,460;
2) Replace Exhibit A with Exhibit A-1 in order to increase referrals to the program;
3) Replace Exhibit B-2 with Exhibit B-3 to include an increase to the Drug Medi-Cal rates for services covered by this Agreement and a budget for outreach services; and
4) Amend Specific Term and Condition 3.4 to revise the amount of Federal funding contractor will receive under this Agreement.
The reduction in the contract maximum is based upon contractor's historical utilization over the prior two fiscal years, which has approximated 30% of the prior maximum, and incorporates a plan for increased utilization.
Contractor is a local vendor.
