EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Agreement allows for continued use and maintenance of two customized mobile wellness apps developed by Cordico Inc. for law enforcement agencies in the County.

Discretionary Justification:
This Agreement is discretionary in that there is no mandate for a 24/7 proactive and preventative wellness app. These apps were developed for law enforcement to provide wellness programs and services on their phone or mobile device.
Is the general fund affected?
Yes
Future fiscal impact:
Future fiscal year appropriation will be budgeted accordingly. Funding is provided by the 2011 Realignment Fund.
Consequences if not approved:
If this agreement is not approved, law enforcement agencies will no longer have access to help enhance officer wellness.
