Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk ex officio Registrar of Voters requests the following actions:
1) Adoption of a resolution authorizing Chair to sign a contract with the Secretary of State, and
2) Authorization for the Chair to sign a contract for $15,000 with California Secretary of State to reimburse Voters Choice Act mandatory outreach costs

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Napa County adopted the Voter's Choice Act in 2018 and is eligible for reimbursement of $15,000 of costs associated with voter outreach for the September 14, 2021 Gubernatorial Recall Election. The Board must adopt a resolution authorizing the Chair to sign the contract.
