EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pursuant to Federal and State law, the Board of Supervisors must redistrict the five supervisorial districts following each decennial census so that the districts are as nearly equal in population as possible.  Staff has conducted two public workshops and the Board has held two public hearings to obtain public input and Board direction on the creation of the final map based on 2020 Federal Census data.  The Board is asked to receive public testimony and to approve a resolution adopting the final maps.

4.                     Close Public Hearing.

5.                     Motion, second, discussion and vote on the item.
