EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Today's requested action is for approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 220084B with Global Stabilization, LLC. The County, in conjunction with Global Stabilization, has recently completed paving on Olive Hill Lane, Mt. George Ave., West Zinfandel Lane, and Finnell Road. Based on recommendations from our Geotechnical engineer, staff has determined the addition of a fog seal over the new pavement will add several year's life to the pavement. This amendment will increase the contract maximum to allow for Global Stabilization staff to apply 353,860 square feet of EBS RA topical application to these projects.
