RECOMMENDATION

County Executive Officer/Director of Emergency Services requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 190210B with Wine Down Media, LLC for the term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 with an annual renewal to continue to provide Napa County residents with Napa County Rapid Alert Radio Efforts ("RARE") program, and the addition of services to Public Health, Mental Health, Child Welfare Services and Alcohol and Drug Services. This increases the contract maximum by $10,000 for a new maximum of $43,000 per fiscal year.
