EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 10, 2021, the Clerk of the Board received a letter signed by both parties withdrawing their respective appeals (Attachment A). Pursuant to County Code Section 2.88.060(B), withdrawal of an appeal is effective upon receipt and therefore the appeal was withdrawn as of July 10, 2021.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
A public hearing on the appeals was opened on June 15, 2021 and continued with the consent of staff, Applicant/Appellant and Appellant to September 28, 2021. On July 10, 2021, the Clerk of the Board received a letter signed by both parties withdrawing their respective appeals (Attachment A). Pursuant to County Code Section 2.88.060(B), withdrawal of an appeal is effective upon receipt and therefore the appeal was withdrawn as of July 10, 2021.
