RECOMMENDATION

Director of Library Services and Community Outreach requests the Board accept, and instruct the Clerk of the Board to file, the quarterly report of donations in the amount of $2,000 or less gifted to Library from April 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Director of Library Services and Community Outreach is reporting that the Library received $2,835 in multiple donations during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020-2021. The donations were accepted by the Director in accordance with Resolution 99-56 and deposited within the Library Fund.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On June 1, 1999, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 99-56 authorizing the Director of Library Services and Community Outreach to accept on behalf of the Napa County Library donations in the amount of $2,000 or less to support existing Library services and programs. Today, the Director of Library Services and Community Outreach is reporting donations received during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020-2021 in the amount of $2,835. These donations are deposited into the Library Fund and are used to support ongoing services and programs.
