EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Director of Human Resources presents a slideshow of employees who could not introduce themselves to the Board of Supervisors over the last 16 months due to COVID restrictions, and invites new County employees from June of 2021 to introduce themselves to the Board in-person.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Before COVID, all new Napa County employees were introduced to the Board of Supervisors once a month, but due to COVID restrictions, the practice was halted in March 2020. Today, we would like to begin presenting the new employees to the Board of Supervisors. This will include a short slide-show presentation of employees hired March 2020 through May 2021, followed by in-person introductions from new County employees whom began in June 2021.
