EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The County has an Agreement with The Center for Common Concerns, Inc. (also known as HomeBase) for many years to provide homelessness and housing policy support for the purpose of developing long-term solutions to homeless and housing issues in Napa County. In addition to benefitting the County, the work produced under the County's contract with HomeBase also benefits the Housing Authority of the City of Napa (HACN).

Historically, the County and HACN have agreed to share a portion of the cost of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Exercise of Powers Act (Government Code Sections 6500 et seq.), in particular the immunity provisions of Government Code section 6513.

HACN will reimburse the County a total of $17,687 for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.
